30 years ago when I heard Clifford Brown play for the first time (on record) I had the idea to write out the complete Emarcy Box (104 songs). Today it’s ready, together with the Complete Paris Sessions (43 songs) and the Complete Blue Note and Pacific Jazz Recordings (50 songs). That will end my Clifford Brown transcription madness for a while!!!
